Rocco
We have used the Birdie Lounge on numerous occasions ranging from a 2 night stay to over a 2 week stay and we do this with the absolute confidence that our Rocco is receiving the best care and attention. We receive daily updates which always puts a smile on our faces. Rocco is always so happy when she arrives at the Birdie Lounge she literally jumps out of her travel cage with excitement :). Thank you Prim and Ady for the wonderful service that you provide we can now have guilt free time away knowing we will come back to a very happy and well looked after bird. Chantelle, Rich and Rocco.

Hewey
I’m Hewey’s Mum. He’s been to stay with Prim twice now and she is the best bird hotel I could ever hope for.
My boy is 20 and is very funny about people in general, there’s not many other people in his life he likes, me & the dogs and that’s pretty much it nowadays.
Everyone else he tries to bite 
If you’re looking for someone to care for your precious parrot then The Birdie Lounge is the place to be.
The birds get one to one attention if they are able to be out and lots of attention.
You also get pictures and daily updates which is great as it means that you can feel happy knowing that they are happy.
It makes me feel happy seeing my boy happy and relaxed which makes leaving him easier.

Indi
Indi had his second holiday with Prim last week. Her daily updates showed him happy and contented. I am very confident leaving Indi with Prim and he’s looking forward to his next visit in a few months already

Marley
Prim has done a perfect job watching our baby bird while we went on our honeymoon🩷🩷
She’s completely knowledgeable and as a parrot parent it’s really comforting trusting someone actually understands💖
I was never worried and got lovely updates everyday🩵
Marley even got presents on her first hatch day!
She was always out and up to things and it’s obvious Prim gives the birds lots of love who come to stay✨🦜

Maya
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I can’t thank Prim enough for the amazing care she provided to our conure, Maya, while my hubs and I were away for two weeks. From the moment we dropped our bird off, I felt completely reassured that she was in great hands. Prim has a natural connection with birds and went above and beyond to ensure she was happy and healthy during our absence.
She kept us updated with photos and messages, which really eased our minds. Our conure looked so relaxed and well cared for in every picture! Prim also made sure to stick to her routine with Christmas treats ,and I could tell she genuinely enjoyed spending time with her
When we picked her up, she was in great spirits, which speaks volumes about the love and attention Prim gave her. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave our Maya with her again in the future. Highly recommend Prim and family at the Birdie Lounge to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!

Poyo
Prim and Adrian have been absolutely fabulous!
They were referred to us as being exceptional and it was truly worth making the trip from London to Portsmouth.
Leaving our Poyo with them was the best choice we could make! They researched his breed and were open to assist us in finding a properly sized cage for him ahead of the booking.
They looked after him with such great care. When letting him roam around they also allowed him to explore the rest of the house – suffice to say thay Poyo felt at home! They even offered him a Christmas present and a special Christmas lunch (packed with nutritious birdy goodies). Prim would send us daily updates with pictures and we could tell he was in good hands. We even received a pack of forage hay when we took him home. He loves it!
They are amazing altogether and we will absolutely come back again!

Basil & Manuel
Prim is a wonderful lady and took our 2 budgies at last minute notice for the Christmas and New Year period. The birds were in a comfortable home and were able to come out of cage for a daily fly. They had a lovely holiday and didn’t want to leave !!
We have used Prim on a number of occasions now and she is amazing. We are already looking to book again for the forthcoming year.

Freddie
Prim is great with our conure Freddie. He is very needy but he gets a lot of interaction and attention. He is well cared for and loved as if he was their own. Highly recommend Prim for all your birds care. Daily photos so we can see he is happy which enables us to enjoy our holiday. She is not the nearest pet care to us but we would not leave Freddie with anyone else.

Mango & Spuddy
Prim took care of our green cheek conures for 5 days. They were really well looked after and they seemed to be very happy with Prim. We also got daily pictures of them, which keeps your mind at rest. We will definitely be booking with Prim again when we go on holiday as we know our two girls will be safe.

Apollo
Prim was great with Apollo for the 5 days she had with him. She was able to take him in short notice. She was able to send photos and daily updates on Apollo with Apollo being played and cared for. Definitely boarding with her again! I would highly recommend Prim to take care of your bird friends!

Prim looked after our conure Darwin for 3 weeks – we extended our initial booking to cover a second holiday as we were confident he was being well looked after. Prim obviously really cares for and understands birds and sent us daily updates of him up to all sorts of activity and cuddles during his out of cage time. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again! Thank you

Prim and Adrian have been great from start to finish we took Rocco our rose crowned conure to visit before staying and was made to feel at ease right from the start. They understand bird behaviour very well and made Rocco’s stay very pleasant even though Rocco was being hormonal. We are about to discuss more dates with them and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for loving care for their feathered friends.

Very grateful to Prim for taking such amazing care of my budgie whilst I was away on a work trip. I received daily messages, photos, and updates – not to mention Esme got lots of play time out of her cage and even made a friend during her stay. Freddie
Highly recommend Prim she is a fantastic pet sitter. We were very anxious leaving our pet Freddie with anyone but that was short lived as we received pictures every day while on holiday.
